Wavenly

Wavenly — Las Vegas, and wherever the work is

Most service businesses don't have a traffic problem. They have a leak.

Someone needs your service, finds your website, and still doesn't call. Wavenly designs, builds, and manages the website that closes that gap — then keeps it working long after launch.

Starter setup $800 + $75/mo management · You preview the finished site before you pay to launch it.

Premise

A website is not a brochure. It's the part of your business that answers the phone when you're on a roof.

Nobody finds it

The site exists, but it doesn't turn up when someone searches for the work you actually do.

Nobody trusts it

It loads, it looks fine, and it still gives no reason to pick you over the next three results.

Nobody answers

The form works. The message lands in an inbox nobody opens until Friday. The job is already gone.

01 — What we build

The inquiry path.

Pick a stage to see what usually breaks there, what we build, and what changes once it works.

Stage 01 — Found

Turn up when someone is already looking.

Search fundamentals are built into the work from the start: clean structure, pages that match the services you actually sell, and a site that performs on a phone with two bars of signal.

What breaks
One page trying to rank for six trades, no local signals, slow on mobile.
What we build
On-page SEO structure, a page per service, local relevance signals, metadata and indexing, performance essentials.
What changes
You show up for the job you want, in the area you cover.

02 — How it works

You see the site before you buy it.

Five steps, no surprises. The preview is free and there is no pressure to go live.

  1. 01

    Free website review

We look at your current site and online presence, then tell you plainly where it's losing work.

  2. 02

    Plan

We learn the business — services, customers, the jobs worth winning, the ones worth turning down.

  3. 03

    Build

We design and build around your business and brand, not a template with your logo dropped in.

  4. 04

    Free preview

You see the finished website at no cost, before deciding to go live. If it isn't right, you walk.

  5. 05

    Launch & manage

We connect the domain, launch it, and keep it running month after month.

03 — Selected work

Concepts, labelled honestly.

Demonstration builds, not invented case studies. No borrowed logos and no numbers we can't stand behind. Each one starts from a real customer action.

Concept · HVAC

Desert Air Co.

Built around the two things an HVAC customer actually does: call at 2am with no cold air, or book a tune-up before summer. The emergency route never sits more than one tap away.

  • Emergency route
  • Maintenance booking
  • Form to the shop

Concept · Plumbing

Red Rock Plumbing

One job: get someone from "pipe burst" to a ringing phone without reading anything. Everything else on the site defers to that.

  • Same-day path
  • Service area clarity
  • One-tap call

Concept · Electrical

Valley Electric

Licensing and insurance lead, because that's what a homeowner checks before letting anyone near a panel. Estimates are requested in three fields.

  • Credentials first
  • Panel & lighting work
  • Short estimate form

Who this is for

  • HVAC
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Roofing
  • Landscaping
  • General contracting
  • Cleaning
  • Auto detailing
  • Painting

04 — Engagement

Clear starting prices. No checkout button.

05 — After launch

Launch is the start of the job, not the end of it.

Most websites decay quietly. Monthly management is how this one doesn't.

Updates, handled

New service, new price, new crew member, seasonal hours. You send it, we change it — no dashboard to learn.

A place to ask

One private space for requests, so changes don't live in a text thread that scrolls away.

Kept running

Hosting coordination, domain renewals, security patches, and the boring maintenance that breaks sites when skipped.

Watched, not ignored

We keep an eye on whether the forms still work and the pages still load. You find out from us, not a customer.

06 — Questions

Straight answers.

Still have one? Send a note and you'll get a real reply.

01How much does a website cost?

Starter is $800 setup plus $75/month management. Growth is $1,200 plus $150/month. Pro is $2,000 plus $300+/month. Anything outside those is quoted after the free review.

02Can I see it before I pay?

Yes. When the website is ready you preview the finished thing at no cost. There is no pressure to buy it or launch it.

03Do I need an existing website?

No. We build from scratch, or redesign what you already have if it's worth keeping.

04What does monthly management actually include?

Hosting coordination, updates, maintenance, change requests, and a private client space to keep the work moving. It's the difference between a site that ages well and one that quietly stops being true.

05How long does it take?

It depends on scope and how quickly content arrives. We set clear expectations before starting, and we'd rather give you a real date than a fast one.

06Do you only work with Las Vegas businesses?

Wavenly is based in Las Vegas and works with service businesses locally and well beyond it.
